Return & Exchange Policy

At NarryFashion, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read the detailed return and exchange policy below before placing an order.

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Return Conditions

Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Size issue (as per size chart)

Products showing signs of use, wash, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange is allowed for size or color change, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers

• Innerwear, accessories, or customized products

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

• After quality check approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

• Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
